The Naira value of your points is based on the current Fokona withdrawal conversion rate.

Your Creator Dashboard contains your Payout History, where you can see your withdrawal requests and their current status.
Can I change my bank account details?
Yes.
You can use Update Bank Details on your Creator Dashboard to change your saved bank name, account name or account number.
Why did my Naira balance change when my points did not?
Your points and Naira value are two different things.
Your points come from Fokona's point system, while the Naira balance is calculated using the current withdrawal conversion rate.
Therefore, if the conversion rate changes, the Naira value displayed on your dashboard can change without changing your underlying points.
How is my Creator Rank calculated?
Your Creator Rank shows your position among eligible Fokona users based on their qualifying point balance.
The Creator with the highest eligible points is ranked #1.
