Here is how to file your Abia State tax correctly (and avoid penalty). I’ll also give you the official website since you said you couldn’t find it.

Abia State Tax Filing — Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Go to the Official Abia Tax Website

    Use the official portal below:

    Official Portal: https://www.abia.tax

(This is the official Abia State Internal Revenue Service portal for tax information and payment.)

    You can also try:

https://absirs.ab.gov.ng(Another official Abia tax contact listed in government guides)

Step-by-Step: How To File Abia State Tax

Step 1 — Register for Tax ID (If you don’t have one)

    You must first get:

    Tax Identification Number (TIN) OR

    ABSIN (Abia tax ID)

    This is required before filing.

Step 2 — Prepare Your Information

    Get ready:

    Full Name

    Phone number

    Address

    Occupation

    Income details (salary/business/side hustle)

Step 3 — Fill Annual Return

Fill your Annual Tax Return (for last year income)

    Deadline normally:

    March 31 every year

    Step 4 — Pay Tax

    After filling:

    Generate payment

    Pay through bank or online

    Print receipt

    Step 5 — Submit Return

Submit your return online or at Abia IRS office.

If You Cannot File Online (No Problem)

You can also go physically to:

    Abia State Internal Revenue Service

Abia State Board of Internal Revenue

    AbiaIRS

They will help you free (no agent needed).

    Important (To Avoid Penalty)

    Even if:

    You didn’t earn much

    You just started working

    You are self-employed

Still file zero return to avoid penalty.

    Let me help you better

    Tell me:

Are you salaried worker or business person?

Do you have Tax ID already?

Are you living in Abia now?

I’ll guide you step-by-step personally so you don’t pay penalty.
