I mistakenly subscribed for a pro version of an app in the Play store and immediately requested for a refund. Google responded to my request and refunded the money, they even sent me the transaction ID. Meanwhile I used my palmpay virtual card for the transaction. Now palmpay is claiming that they have not received the refund from Google and they can’t track with the transaction ID provide by Google and this whole thing happened since July 2026. Please whom can I escalate this matter to and how?
