How do I recover a failed transaction.
I tried to make a withdrawal from a bank ATM machine with my ATM card, I was debited while the machine refused to dispense the cash, I left for another alternative, it’s been 48 hours now yet a reversal has not been made. I contacted my bank twice they’re telling me to wait for more days but from the look of things I don’t think they are honestly working towards it.
Please what other steps do you suggest I take to recover my money.
