An acquaintance reach out to me, trying to find out which is better between MMF, and investing in Keke(Enviable tricycle) to be precise. The deal is 5m(5million naira) for one unit of Keke with 30% i.e 6.5m(six million,five hundred thousand naira) ROI within 12months, or to keep the same amount in MMF at minimum of 15% p.a for the same period of time. Which of them will be more profitable and secure, while profit is being reinvested?
