I see stock market investing as a business. So my business in stock market doesn’t require much of my time………so I prefer to it more than doing “my own thing” personal business.
As for the statistics of annual return you gave….. I have seen more than 100% return in 5 years! No much work, no payment of rent, no payment of an employee etc. I will choose stock market investing business over and over again.
One more thing, I also noticed that I can do this business in the confines of my ver home and I even when I no longer have the physical energy to do my personal business which is stamped concrete floor!!!
