Yes — you can fill an E-Dividend form electronically, but it depends on the registrar or platform involved.
There are 3 main ways to complete E-Dividend without printing:
Option 1 — Use the Central Online E-Dividend Portal (Best Option)
You can fill everything online through the Central Securities Clearing System (CSCS) E-Dividend portal:
    Use:
    e‑Dividend Mandate Management System (eDMMS)
    Steps:
    Go to the official portal:
    https://sec.gov.ng/non-mandated/
    Fill your details:
    Name
    Bank details
    BVN
    Shareholder details
    Registrar name
    Submit online
Some registrars may still require bank verification, but no printing needed in many cases.
This is the SEC Nigeria approved method by
    Securities and Exchange Commission Nigeria
Option 2 — Use Your Registrar Online Portal
Some registrars allow fully electronic submission:
    Examples:
    Meristem Registrars
    Coronation Registrars
    First Registrars
    Africa Prudential
    You can:
    Fill online form
    Upload ID
    Submit electronically
    No printing needed.
Option 3 — Fill PDF Electronically (If They Send Form Only)
If they insist on a form: You can still:
    Download the form
    Fill it electronically using:
    Phone PDF editor
    Computer PDF editor
    Sign electronically
    Send back via email
    Apps you can use:
    Adobe Fill & Sign
    Xodo PDF
    Microsoft Office
Why Some Registrars Still Ask You To Print
    They may require:
    Bank stamp
    Physical signature
    BVN verification
But many now accept fully electronic submission.
    My Recommendation
Use Option 1 (SEC portal) — it is:
    Faster
    Accepted by most registrars
    No printing required

Do I Need to Activate E-Dividend Again for New Shares with the Same Registrar in Nigeria?

No. If you already activated E-Dividend with a registrar, you do NOT need to do it again when you buy another share handled by the same registrar.
    How E-Dividend Works
    E-Dividend is tied to:
    Your name
    Your BVN
    Your bank account
    And Registrar
Once you activate it with a registrar, all shares under that registrar automatically use the same bank details.
    Example
If you already activated E-Dividend with:
First Registrars and Investor Services Limited
    and you later buy:
    Access Holdings Plc
    United Bank for Africa
If both shares are managed by First Registrars, you don’t need another E-Dividend registration.
When You MUST Do Another E-Dividend
You only need to register again if:
You buy shares under a different registrar
    Example:
    Coronation Registrars Limited
    Africa Prudential Plc
    Meristem Registrars Limited
Each different registrar = new E-Dividend mandate
    Pro Tip (Important)
    To avoid missing dividends:
Try to activate E-Dividend with all major registrars once
After that, you never worry again

To capture your details for e dividend in Nigeria is very important so your dividend can enter your bank account without stress.

First, you need to fill an e dividend mandate form. This form is what connects your shares to your bank account. You can get it from your stockbroker, the company registrar, or even download it online.

Fill your correct details like your full name, bank account number, bank name, and your CSCS number. Make sure the name you use matches the name you used when you bought the shares. This is very important.

After filling the form, submit it to the registrar of that company or through your stockbroker. Some registrars also allow you to submit online.

You will also need to attach things like your bank verification number, a valid ID, and sometimes your passport photograph so they can confirm your identity.

Once everything is verified, your dividend will be paid directly into your bank account anytime the company pays.
