What is Sukuk in Nigeria and how is it different from a regular bond?
A regular bond is a loan where you earn interest (Riba). Sukuk is different because you are buying a share of an actual asset (like a road or a building). Instead of interest, you earn a share of the "rent" or profit that asset produces. It is 100% Halal because you own something real.
