How to Move Shares from INACTIVE Stockbroker to an active one in Nigeria ?

I’ll kindly like to get clearity on how to help a senior citizen move his Shares from Cashcraft Securities (now inactive) to a new active Stocbroking Firm so he can be able to sell them. He’s now retired and has some Shares in his portfolio, but Cashcraft Securities (Stockbrokers who bought the Shares for him are no longer in operations). He is willing to sell his shares as a retiree and us the funds to help himself in retirement. Thank you.

the good thing is that the shares are not with cashcraft. they are domiciled at CSCS.

let him open an account with any active stockbroker and request for a transfer of his shares from cashcraft to the new one.

he will be given transfer and other forms to fill.

the new stockbroker will take it up from there till the transfer is done.

after the transfer, he can the do whatever he wants to do with the shares.
