I am trying to find out if other investors here are experiencing major issues with the ongoing Meristem WealthBuddy app migration. I am currently stuck and unable to access the new application, which is completely blocking me from making an urgent withdrawal of my funds.
On top of the migration lockout, I am facing two other critical issues:
1. My daily Money Market Fund interest completely stopped updating on October 9, 2026.
2. A top-up of ₦1,000,000 made last Friday via OPay has completely vanished and has not been credited to my wallet. I have verified that no reversal has happened on my banking app.
To make matters worse, as soon as I raised these complaints on social media, fake customer care accounts immediately swarmed my Instagram DMs trying to get me to click a phishing link (meristemwealth.com) under the guise of processing a “redemption form.”
Is anyone else completely locked out of their funds due to this migration? Have you been able to get through to their official customer support (crm@wealthbuddy.ng) to successfully process manual withdrawals or track missing deposits?
Any updates or shared experiences on how to bypass this glitch would be highly appreciated. Thanks!
