What Should I Do If My Transfer Has Not Reflected in My Bamboo Wallet?

Pls am still on the issue of the non reflection of money transfered to my Bamboo wallet since last week Wednesday. Till now no response from them.
If anyone has their Facebook and Whatsapp accounts, pls give to me.
