Yes its absolutely possible, through Iking Ferry Facebook page, i was able to set up my Investnaija account successfully and i don't live in Nigeria

Most platforms allow remote signup you just submit ID (passport/NIN), proof of address, and verification online, and most importantly you need to have a Nigeria local number for otp verification
