Can I Open a New CHN if My Existing CHN Is Not Accepted by an Investment Platform?

Good day blessed Boss.
Hope you’re all doing well.
Chapel hill investnaija kept rejecting the CHN number given to me by my broker but bamboo has and recognizes it
The broker said the number is “OURS” and refused to explain the term OURS to me,But that I can’t use it in investnaija, I should get another.
So far I can’t invest using this app because the CHN is needed.

Is it right for me to get another?
What should I do.
Am just a spectator with them , haven’t done anything with my partially filled details yet I need money market mutual fund and Fed-govt bonds

    Did you try messaging investnija customer care. Your CHN should be accepted in as much as the broker is active, it only cscs that you need different kne with different brokers
